Terms and Conditions

• You are obligated to attend a 1-hour relaxed club membership introduction over a complimentary breakfast, or lunch, to participate in this promotion.
• You must be U.S. Residents.
• Excluded states and territories from qualification for the special rate: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY, OK, HI, AK, PR, USVI.
• You must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age, with a minimum household income of $50,000 USD for couples and single females, or $75,000 USD for single males.
• Credit-worthy, and possess a major credit card to qualify for this offer.
• You must fluently read, speak and comprehend English.
• If married, engaged, or co-habitating, both must attend the preview together, and provide proof of residence at the same address (driver’s license).
• If you do not attend the membership presentation, or misrepresent your qualifications, the difference between the special package price, and the currently published rack rate for accommodations AND daily membership fees, will be charged to your credit card.
• All parties must present personal photo identification, driver’s licenses or passports only, at the time of check-in, confirming marriage or co-habitation.
• You may not participate in this promotion if you already have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a membership preview, or have participated in a previous membership promotion requiring attendance at a preview.
• Any attempt to take advantage of a promotional offer more than once will be denied at the time of booking. Any misrepresentation by a guest in order to benefit from the special price more than once, will result in the difference between the package price, and the currently published rack rate accommodations AND daily membership fees, being charged to your credit card.
• You may not participate in this promotion if you are a Caliente Vacation Club member, employee of Caliente Resort, travel agent, or any affiliates of our resort.
• If married or living together, couples must attend the preview together.
• Special rate valid only once in a lifetime per couple, or single.
• No groups, consisting of more than two couples traveling together, are permitted. Any groups misrepresenting themselves as less, will subject all couples to any applicable current full rates.
• If guests do not have matching identification confirming co-habitation at check-in, they will not qualify to take the membership preview, or receive the discounted rate. This will result in the difference between the package price, and the currently published rack rate accommodations AND daily membership fees being charged to your credit card.
• All promotional “mini vacation” package sales are FINAL. You may change dates based on terms and availability. No refunds of any kind are given for promotional package rate sales. All “mini vacation” promotional packages have expirations, which front desk can provide current expiration terms.
